NOW ... how's this for a plot aimed at folks who have that funny feeling something is drastically wrong, but don't qite "get it" ...

*We have a "good ol' boys" running Washington, and everything from coast to coast.

*We also know that virtually nothing ever changes whether there is a party change, or not (bottom line being the public gets screwed by both sides of the aisle ... virtually equally)

*We have a vurtually equally divided House and Senate.

*We have a puppet in the White House screwing the US public as fast as it can possibly be done.

SOOOOO ... why not a campaign to switch parties?

If you have a Democrat incumbent ... vote GOP ... and visa versa

The objective being a bigtime change in DC, because the whole frigging team is out on their ears ... CAMPAIGN: You know something's wrong ... and you are right, the whole damned system is broken! So send a message! If you have a Democrat incumbent, vote GOP ... if you have a GOP incumbent, vote Democrat! VOTE NON-INCUMBENT! No matter which party you belong to!

Send a whole new crew to DC, and your state houses, and see if they get the idea that you're sick of this crap!

One thing is sure as sunrise tomorrow, it sure as hell can't get any worse than it is right now!!!

**We have until November ... Been thinking about how it can be subtle as being run down by an 18 wheeler ...

Red, white, and Blue gas balloons, with a string, and the message tied to the string ... ballons break from height of age, and the meswsage flosts to the ground ... air currents are west to east ...

Get heads together, and figure out copy to be printed on both sides of a 3 x 5 card to go with the balloons ...

Gas bottles for filling ballons can be rented from most party supply stores (they don't have to be huge) and balloons designed for use with gas are available at the same party supply stores ... some card stock run through a pc printer, scissors, and the deed is done ...

One or two people, small gas cylinder, balloons, cards attached ... downwind side of town, remote area ... fill ballons, attach cards, place the ballooons inside the car until ready to launch ... fill the car ... launch ... and drive off ...

A helluva lot of damned balloons could be floating around by November.

p.s. Just seeing a floating balloon would remind folks after they'd seen one ... and think of folks talking to each other, and asking, "What the hell is this all about?" ... and asking their local newspapers, etc.
